Heartbeat is a distinct body of work within 5 Rhythms practice. The intention is to embody the heart by studying how emotion moves and gets stuck, letting go of frozen emotion from the past, and clearing the way for love.

Innocence Bundle: 5-8 December, 2024
As we move towards winter, returning to the flickering flames of our truth and innocence. As we dance, stripping away layers of complexity, confusion, drama, defenses, and weariness. Propelled by enchanting and pounding live music, we will move through Gabrielle Roth's Heartbeat maps, embodying our changing feelings and discovering our body's language to express the heart. Our capacity to inhabit our deep, loving selves grows as we plunge into this creative investigation.
Dancing into dust, protected by mountains, our days together will include a cleansing, healing fire ceremony, and creating a tiny innocence bundle to take home.

Course fee 275€
Early bird fee 250€ (registering before October20th)
Reserve your place with a non-refundable deposit of 60€.

Cancellations: if the course has been paid in full, the amount paid will be refunded minus the 60€ non-refundable deposit, unless you can transfer your registration to another person and thus recover the full amount. Last week cancellations are non refundable.  If the course is cancelled for organisational reasons, the full amount will be refunded

In this workshop through the Heartbeat maps, we explore growing our capacity for Compassion, and seeking out Compassion in it's different forms

Do we run out of acceptance and kindness, or can it continue like an underground sream that keeps flowing?
How do we draw the line and stop people pleasing to stand tall in truth
How deep is our trust when times are tough and everything falls away?
Can sensitive, thoughtful action change our world?
Does Compassion include ourselves? Does it need to do something, or can it just be?
In Compassion we are in service. Gotta serve somebody - who are you going to serve?
This map opens the interconnection with all of life - how does this affect us:  what wakes up? What is it impossible to ignore?
