In our 5Rhythms practice, taking some time to let go of destination, but to follow our dance maps with curiosity and a sense of adventure towards mystery.

The spacious and healing aspects of the Stillness Rhythm can open to us at any point in the Wave. For the sake of our nervous systems, and our creativity, let's welcome this embodied emptiness and peace of mind
