Open 5Rhythms classes in West Wales 2025
Thursdays 10-11.30am Monday classes beginning again on February 2nd new season times are 7.30-9 £10/8 your choice, cash please, or arrange to pay online. One free class for everyone to be taken in January or February, either class at the Guildhall No need to book for classes, but if you would like to ask anything before attending, please email [email protected] Classes take place upstairs at the Guildhall in the middle of Cardigan. Enter through the courtyard to the market. Please bring your own water to drink It is a lovely floor, so most of us have bare feet. You are very welcome to join us - there is often someone new to the practice, someone who has travelled from Dolgellau, Swansea or St Davids, dancers who love coming every week, or who drop in once a season There are a few car parks nearby - most spots on the street are only for one hour in the day, but free in the evening |
