Open 5Rhythms classes in West Wales 2025
Thursdays 10-11.30am Monday classes have now closed for the season £10/8 your choice, cash please, or arrange to pay online. No need to book for classes, but if you would like to ask anything before attending, please email [email protected] Classes take place upstairs at the Guildhall in the middle of Cardigan. Enter through the courtyard to the market. Please bring your own water to drink It is a lovely floor, so most of us have bare feet. You are very welcome to join us - there is often someone new to the practice, someone who has travelled from Dolgellau, Swansea or St Davids, dancers who love coming every week, or who drop in once a season There are a few car parks nearby - most spots on the street are only for one hour in the day, but free in the evening |
